I continue to be pleased and happy with the service at Malone’s. Excellent mechanics. Entire team is very knowledgeable, timely in their correspondence and accurate in their pricing. It’s the only no stress auto repair experience I’ve encountered. Office team is also excellent - Diana was helpful assuring our car would be returned on time -appreciated her great customer service.

This team of professionals is absolutely number 1 in Customer Service & Quality Service! I called them in a panic because my BMW needed an immediate service and I was nearly 50 miles from home. They took my vehicle in without an appointment, and gave me the service needed at a very reasonable cost. I would drive 50 miles again to see them!

I had my first visit at Malone's this month and received courteous, professional service. I had been getting service at a dealership and all they did was push, push push unnecessary services. Malone's didn't do that. I felt like I was dealing with family. Thanks to Jaime and the rest of the team. I'm going back to Malone's for my BMW needs!

I’ve been coming here for the past 17 years.. since I bought my Mercedes from Malones and every time they are the most reputable and honest people. Tim is the Manager, and he explains everything I ask about in detail, and every repair is top notch! Tim never tries to upsell what you don’t need. They keep incredible technicians with very little turn over.

I had the absolute best experience with Malones! My baby is back on the road and in pristine condition. Having an expensive car with expensive repairs, I know I received the best deal on pricing for the repairs by their certified mechanics. No shade-tree mechanics over there. Christina’s customer service is TOP NOTCH! She thoroughly explained the repair details and was patient with my gazillion questions… and that made a world of difference! Thank you all for taking care of us❤️
